A 100% deposit is required for one night and 50% for 2 or more nights. A credit card deposit will be taken prior to your stay. The remaining balance, if any, is due upon arrival. All reservation confirmations are subject to our receipt of your deposit, which will be applied to the last night(s) of your reservation.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, up to 7 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. Within 7 days of arrival, please call the Inn for our current cancellation policy.
We accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
All rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and are subject to Massachusetts rooms tax (currently 11.7%). Most rooms cannot accommodate more than two (2) guests. Where triple or quad occupancy is possible, the charge for each extra Adult is $75 per night plus tax; the charge for each extra Child (ages 4-15) is $25 per night plus tax; and each extra child under the age of 3 are free of charge. All extra persons, regardless of age, must be arranged in advance. Triple and quad occupancy is not bookable online; please contact us directly at 978-546-6321.
Our outdoor, ocean-view pool is heated and open seasonally for all guests.
Full hot breakfast is served daily in the restaurant, parlor, or overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the veranda. Our current breakfast hours are 8:00am - 9:30am Monday through Friday and 8:00am - 11:00am on Saturday and Sunday.
Dining and Entertainment
Under new ownership the The Emerson Inn is working to create full service dining options one meal at a time. At this time, drinks and lite bites will be served in The Parlor Bar from 11:00am - 9:00pm Sunday through Wednesday and 11:00am - 11:00pm Thursday through Saturday. Stop by and enjoy a refreshing cocktail on the expansive lawn or beautiful veranda. Please note: Our evening entertainment and events end at 10pm.
We do allow dogs with certain restrictions (weight limit is 25 pounds), and you must call to book a dog friendly room. Click here to learn more about our dog policy.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the inn.
Due to the historic nature of our property, there is no elevator at The Emerson Inn, but we are more than happy to carry your luggage to your room.
